Hi, I dropped by Ray Brandt Toyota last Friday to have my CHR serviced. The attendant that walked up to my vehicle asked if I had an appointment, I did not, therefore I would need to make an appointment. At that time the gentleman that use to transport customers that we’re waiting for their cars walked up. I think his name is Curtis. Recently went to test drive a Camry TRD and after a nice drive and chat with James I now own a Camry TRD and it was absolutely the right choice. James was super helpful and really made the entire process easy and straight forward. I miss my Charger but there's no denying that I absolutely own a much better car now! Appt was made ahead of time. Had initial problem with car rental - however Doug later that day provided me with a new loaner (LOVED THE NEW HIGHLANDER) Services were provided very quickly - more than usual for the extensive work which was needed.(Maintenance) Will continue to use service department. Hopefully purchase new one when funds are available and your stock increases.
