Courteous, convenient and timely. It's easy to call at anytime and get an appointment. Everyone was friendly and courteous, even the young man that greeted me entering the garage!

My 2004 Toyota has only been serviced by Ray Brandt and I wouldn't change that ever! The service, repair and towing services along with the ride pickup is exceptional!

There used to be a man at my local gas station who was my go-to guy when I needed help with my car, but he's gone now, along with the full service business--it's now a self-serve station with a fully stocked convenience store. I needed a replacement for my neighborhood "guy" and that's what Ray Brandt Toyota has become for me. I go there for the minor problems my local mister fix-it used to take care of, as well as for regular maintenance check-ups. And no matter why I pull into their service area, I know these things will happen: 1. I'll be quickly greeted by a real person who'll ask me what I need (at my local station I'd have to hunt for the guy, hoping he was there when I needed him) 2. that person will listen and tell me someone will take care of me 3. I'll go inside and speak to one of the service advisers--all of whom are personable and helpful--and I'll be given an estimate of how long it will be before someone can look at my car (no service advisers at gas station--if the guy was there, I'd have to hope he had time to look at the problem) 4. I'll find a seat in the large waiting area--I'm retired, so I wait. (My neighborhood gas station didn't have any place to wait, so I'd stand by one of the service bays doors in blazing heat, rain or, more rarely, freezing cold, and watch and wait.) 5. the mechanic the car's assigned to will fix it and I'll go home (same as my local gas station) 6. if something more serious is found, I'm told the problem and the time and what it will cost to fix it and I decide whether I want the work done (didn't get major repairs done at local gas station) 7. when I leave, I am confident that whatever I was concerned about has been taken care of (same as my local gas station)I trust the people at Ray Brandt Toyota, and that's why I go there whenever I need help with my car.

These guys are the absolute BEST! Chad was so friendly that I was comfortable asking him all the questions about my new Camry. Fred was amazing and made the financial part of buying my car a Breeze. I dreaded going to buy a car and kept putting it off until it was really necessary. However, my experience at Ray Brandt was so wonderful that I wish I had done it sooner. They listened to me, did not try to oversell me anything and made the process as quick and pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Ray Brandt if you’re in the market for a car.

Desiring to have my vehicle serviced while I waited, but not wanting it to take any longer than necessary, I arrived shortly before opening and was first in line. The service doors opened at 7:00 a.m., my vehicle was serviced and I drove out at 7:45 a.m. "Prompt, courteous and entirely satisfactory" describes my experience.

I wanted to move my scheduled appointment up because of the approach of Hurricane Barry. The service tech was very accommodating and took care of servicing my 4Runner quickly and efficiently.
