I had a bit of an emergency this past Wednesday morning. My tire light came on and it was 7:30 am. I had a full day of work ahead of me and I needed my car to be functional. I called the dealership and spoke with my service rep, Doug. He advised me bring it in right away. Now that"s prompt service! Two hours later without much disruption to my work day I was back on the road safe and sound.

I had accidentally curb-checked my rims and tires... Erick took care of the claim and also the regular tune-up (mpi), the service over the years at Ray Brandt has always been exemplary, especially in the service department. We've already had our other vehicle serviced two days after this one, and will most likely have our truck taken care of before the end of the year.

Got oil change. Service manager, Tim, is real good to work with. Tries his best to help you but is honest when he can't. Wish they could have honored a competitor's coupon on tires, but they couldn't.
