I have been a customer of Ray Brandt since 2008. This year I bought me the new 2014 Toyota Tundra 1794 edition. Everything went smooth as always. But there are two people (from my experience) that really make at this place. Mr. Patrick Brown in sales went out of his way to find the truck I was looking for and at the price I was looking for. Patrick....I'm still loving my truck! and in the service department Mr. David Zoller has really taken care of my truck from the very first oil change. He truly pays attention to every detail and will keep you informed of everything your vehicle needs done and a realistic timeline for when your vehicle will be ready. Patrick and David, thanks for all that you do!!!!

I had a great experience in the service department. I was having a problem with my window so I made an appointment to bring in my car the next day. When I arrived they immediately took my car and got started. My window was fixed and my car was washed in about an hour. They really took care of me and my car. The next time that I have a problem I will not hesitate to bring my car back to them because I know that everything will be taken care of with no problem!

My experience at Ray Brandt Toyota was extremely pleasant. My sales person was very informative, patient and knowledgable. I felt comfortable in making the decision to buy a car for my daughter. I have been wanting to buy a RAV4 for a long time, but I wanted to wait for the right time. I went to Ray Brandt Toyota one night, and soon as I walked in someone greeted him with a smile. I felt very welcomed and from the time I walked in until the time I walked out I was treated like royalty. I went for a test drive after completing that they wanted to make sure I wanted that car. I went to do the paperwork and they tried to get the best price they could offer. After signing for the car I went talk to someone else and they told me about everything involving the next 2 years of service. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out I had the best experience I could ask for. I would highly recommend anyone to stop by Ray Brandt for their next car! I have had another wonderful experience with their service department. I have such a high opinion of them, that I drive an hour from Baton Rouge to bring my vehicle there, even though there are two dealerships in Baton Rouge. This go around, they put forth even more extra effort and stayed open an half hour late just for me to make sure that they could complete the necessary work on my car and get me back on the road with it. Their prices are more than fair, their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and their facility is top notch. I had a comfortable chair to sit in, a nice TV to watch, and all the popcorn that I could eat. I will keep making the trip to see them for sure!!

Best car buying experience we've ever had! Our salesman Alex Mena provided excellent customer service with thoughtful, intelligent advice on a car that fit our needs. We can't imagine going to anyone else to buy a car but him! The finance department was awesome and really came through for us with a great rate. Every time I go there is always great! Whenever I am there everything is handled so professionally but they don't make you feel like just another customer. They get to know you as a person! I love that! Businesses now don't do that anymore you always feel like they don't care. Ray Brandt service team is great, I mostly deal with Doug and Lenny which I will say are awesome! I have had several Sequoia's which by far is the BEST SUV you can buy! Can't wait to get another one!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in this dealer. Everyone was so friendly and the managers were very helpful. I got assisted by Veronica Gomez, she's bilingual, and I have absolutely no complaint!!! She's patient, understanding, helpful and so much more. She answered every question I had without getting irritated. I definitely recommend her to anyone going to buy a car there, whether you speak Spanish or English!
